Eastvale Roofing Repairs and Replacement
Eastvale is our next door neighbor, just across the river from our Norco shop. Most Eastvale homes are newer concrete tile roofs, and many are now old enough for their first underlayment problems.
Newer Homes, First Roof Problems
Eastvale became a city in 2010, and most of its homes went up in the 2000s on what used to be dairy land. Almost all of them have concrete tile roofs. The tile is fine. The underlayment beneath it is the first roof part on these homes to wear out, and many Eastvale roofs are reaching the age where it starts to show.
The first sign is often a stain after the first big storm of the year, around a valley or where a second story wall meets a lower roof. Those are spots builders flashed fast. We open them up, reflash, and look at the underlayment around them so you know what is coming.

HOAs and Matching Tile
Many Eastvale neighborhoods have an HOA that wants roofs to match. We use the same tile profile and color where it is still made, and salvaged tile where it is not, and we can give you the details your HOA asks for before work starts.

Questions We Hear
My Eastvale home is only about 20 years old. Can it need roof work?
Yes. The tile can last for decades, but the underlayment beneath it wears out sooner in our heat. A leak around a valley or wall is the usual first sign.
Will you work with my HOA?
Yes. We tell you the tile profile and color so you can submit it, and we match what is on your street.
