Tile Roof Repair in Jurupa Valley, CA
Tile roofs in Jurupa Valley are mostly on the newer tracts near Mira Loma and the Eastvale line. As they age, the underlayment under the tile is what fails.
What We See in Jurupa Valley
A lift and relay keeps your tile and puts down new underlayment and flashing. For spot problems, we replace cracked tile and fix the flashing around it.
- Cracked and slipped tile replaced
- Lift and relay with new underlayment
- New valley, wall and vent flashing
- Battens and bird stop checked and replaced
- Original tile saved when it is sound

Why Tile Roofs Leak
Tile sheds most of the water, but it is not the waterproof layer. The underlayment under it is. Our heat bakes that layer year after year until it cracks and lets water reach the deck. A roof can look perfect from the street while the paper under it is falling apart.
Walking on tile the wrong way breaks it, and broken tile lets sun and water in. We step only where tile can carry weight and replace anything that cracks along the way.
How a Lift and Relay Works
We pull the tile in sections and stack it on the roof. The old underlayment comes off, the deck is checked and repaired, and new underlayment goes down with new flashing at valleys, walls and vents. Then the same tile goes back on.
Because your tile is reused, a lift and relay can cost less than a full new tile roof and keeps the look of your home. If your tile line is discontinued, we use salvage from our stock or blend matching pieces where they show least.
